I am a newbie at this, would someone please give me some instructions to replacing this using Resource hacker ?
I have opened the shell32.dll with Resource hacker and can see the +UIFILE folder but not sure where to proceed from here.

yes, you must copy your shell32 put it on a folder and replace uifile23 with reshack, take ownership of the shell32( not the copy, the real!) desactive your uac, restart and change the original with the copy!! ;)
