Need little help with my Windows 7 startmenu

Hiya!!

I just wondered that how do i replace these items in my W7 startmenu, i have WSB 1.5 and i haven't find any solution for this yet...check the screenshot below:

So here's the things i'd like to change:

-> All Programs background to black
-> Shutdown background invisible
-> Flyout menu to black glass, like in startmenu

Is it possible to do these changes??

To remove the highlight (hoover) make the images transparent at
Start Menu > Panels > Basic > JumpListListItemLeft
Start Menu > Panels > Basic > ListItem
Start Menu > Panels > Basic > Unknown
Start Menu > Panels > Basic > JumpListListItemSplitButtonRight
Start Menu > Panels > Basic > JumpListItem
Start Menu > Panels > Basic > JumpListItemSplitButtonLeft
Start Menu > Panels > Basic > Unknown
Start Menu > Panels > Basic > JumpListItemSplitButtonRight

Change the text at (both TextColor:Color & HotTracking:Color)
Start Menu > Panels > Basic > ProgramsList
Start Menu > Panels > Basic > ProgramsListExtended

The BG you want invisible cannot be totally invisible the images cannot be totally transparent are at
Start Menu > Panels > Aero > Top > PlacesList
Start Menu > Panels > Aero > Top > PlacesListExtended

All Programs background is at (for the button)
Start Menu > Panels > Basic > MoreProgramsTab
behind that is at
Start Menu > Panels > Aero > Top > MorePrograms
