Here you have:
Copy the Folders from My Rainmeter Desktop\Skin from the Zip-File to RainmeterFolder\Skins. Then make a rightklick on the rainmetericon in the tray and choose refresh all. After it you make a rightklick on the icon again and choose config. There you can add the .ini files from the folders you copied and enjoy the skins.

P.S.: Sorry for my bad english. I'm german...

I t has been awhile since i have used rain meter but you should only need to place the folder in the rainmeter folder in the skin folder in your documents or where ever the rainmeter installer created it when you install the rainmeter base program. once you have place the folder there just right click any of rainmeter mods you already have on your desktop and select configure thru menu window you just opened. as far as editing and configuring the .ini inside the skin to enable certain things to work you will need to open those in the folder you just placed in rainmeter base folder with notepad and edit with the proper settings. you can also visit the rainmeter forums for additional help topics http://rainmeter.net/forum/
