transparent context menu

Ciao I thought that was not possible to make transparent the context menu. Does anyone know how is possible to make it transparent, as in this screenshot?

This is a screenschot, a modified version of w7 by rockers team.
Unfortunately I don´t have this vs installed on my computer and I don´t know the author, but the menu seems transparent to me. :idk:

That Is a modified version of my themes actually, Bensam the Admin from there just steels all my themes and mixes them up a bit and takes all the credit for them, the context menu is just an image that gives you the appearance of transparency, but it isn't and it's not possible either without using a program like System Transparency or a Window Blinds, although not sure they have done it on Windows 7 yet.
