Saving themes

I have a version of win 7 alienware, ( a custom OS from rockerteam) can I copy and paste the themes from the resource folder, and save them to an external HDD? and apply them when I want? on a diffrent version of Win 7? I use tune up utilites to apply my themes, is that good or bad? If there is a better way to apply them please let me know.

Yeah that should be possible. They might have called their custom theme aero.msstyles, which you in that case should change the name (see this tutorial: http://virtualcustoms.net/showthread.php/29195-Themes-Customize-Information-Settings-and-Name)
Personally, i think its better to apply them yourself, than through TuneUp
