icon package creator / installer

i would like to know what program(s) there are available to create icon packages for win 7 from loose icons. i have fould lots of icons i like on the net but i do not want to have to change each icon in my system manually. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

I also would like to know what to use, I kinda like the way Mr Grim's Icons installs through the cmd, How can I do that for myself. What program do I use and how, I would appreciate any help you could offer, Thanks in advance for your reply.

there is no easy way to do it, the CMD is only for distribution purposes, you still need to edit the system files and replace each icon manually before you can put them into the installer setup.

ok, then how about a tut that i can follow to create icon packages? then i have them for future use.

Ok so if I change all the icons in a virtual machine then how do i go about making the installer, do you have a tut or something that will help me. Thanks in advance.
