how to Change the height of the caption bar ?

normal height of caption is 25px, how to change height of caption is 23px ?

You have to lower it quite alot to see a change in that window , maybe down to 16

I have adjusted Captionbarheight : size down to 16 but bug taskbar,

how to change caption height of 23px , taskbar is not bug ?

try caption bar height : size 20 then make sure-
Fonts, Colors & System Metrics > Fonts & System Metrics > paddedborderwidth : size is 0

you might have to have a play with the numbers to get your desired height, it is late in the UK now so I didn't have time to test fully.Let me know if this works for you.

ps I'm not sure about caption bar width, maybe you should make that the same as captionbar height :S
