HOW TO INSTALL
1. Go to Your Photoshop Folder destination
2. Find "Photoshop.exe"
3. Open it using Restorator or Resource Hacker etc.
4. Change in Icon section file 1001

I have a question, I have done the exact steps you listed and it doesn't change :S and does it have to be ico? I made my own lol but have not been able to apply it
