I converted your explorerframe and shell32 images for use with Theme Resource Changer, hope you don't mind, it just saves having edit those system files :)

Extract the 2 folders and put them in C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\Acquiesce, you must have Theme Resource Changer installed take advantage of this, if you have installed my Blade theme then you already have it.

P.S. I converted the bitmaps to transparent png images with an Alpha channel using Axialis Icon Workshop, it can also do the same in reverse and makes perfect bitmaps with alpha from png images.
