Taskbar icons color hover

How can i change the color of programs/folders on the taskbar when mouse over?

You can't, they take on the primary colour of the icon when you hover over them, pretty sure it is nothing in the msstyles that can alter that

I just saw the strings in WSB today. At least if I am understanding correctly. Let me look and find them.

I found a bunch for them at:
Taskbar:Taskband:Basic:Taskband & Taskband (Verticial) & Taskband (SmallIconsVertical)

I'd just shade them or recolor them to what you want. But Mr GRiM is correct they do take the color of the program's Icon but that can be manipulated.
