Blurred/tinted window areas

I'm using Windows Style Builder on Windows 7 and trying to make sharp window corners for an Aero style. I've replaced the rounded corners with sharp ones in the top frame images, but the blur and color tint is still applied to the old round window shape - how would I change that? I can't find any images that control the areas that get these effects applied...

I'm also having this same problem, I noticed it in the custom theme "2.0 Shine", I can't consistently solve the rounded corners being colored.
