How would I go about changing the color of non-maximised caption text in an Aero theme?
I can change the color of the maximised caption text by putting TEXTCOLOR: entries under Dwm Window->Frames->Top->MaxActive/MaxInactive but it doesn't work for Active and Inactive.
Fonts&System Metrics->CaptionText seems to control both the active and inactive non-maximised caption and InactiveCaptionText doesn't seem to do anything...

Help?

Yep your right, the inactive caption text does not do anything, it does work in basic but not in aero, it stays the same for both in aero but I don't think there is much that can be done about that

Thank you.
That's a major disappointment...
My goal was to have black colored captions and black text on the inactive caption, making it essentially textless... To that end, my next idea was to change the content margins to shift the text out of the caption area by using negative values, buit it seems that content margins do not work either...
Would there be a way to achieve the look I'm after, or is my only alternative a Basic theme?...

I am afraid there does not seem to be any way to move the text or change it's colour other then using the active colour.
