Make a theme use theme resource changer

How can i make a theme use the Theme resource changer, say if i wanted to make the aero theme use a different start orb, how would i get the theme to look for it inside the theme folder rather than the explorer.exe,

Mr.GRiM has a way. He said thats how even he does. Try bit looking into .theme file which you are thinking to 1 make look a like.
