theme problem

Hello, i downloaded and install it the xtreme theme for windoes 7, but is not showing up as it looks on the screen shot :D it is a great theme but i hate that is not showing as it looks. anyone help. i have uploaded an screen shot of it.40626

Did you follow the tutorial we have here?
