need help with a dead technology...

i have a sony minidisc player... i know its 2011, why the hell do i have one... anyways, i cant get my computer to recognize it. i downloaded sonicstage 4.3 and it doesnt recognize it. the ultimate goal is to recover some old music of mine that is on one of the discs (which i dont even know is possible in the first place) but i also have a blank disc that i want to put music on too... any suggestions??? :worried:

Thanks man... we got it to work on my buddies computer running vista, but no luck with windows 7...

What version of 7 are you using?
I think if you still virtual XP, it will work on there. GL
