Not full glass :(

I download full glass theme..but when i ins it looks like basic theme..please help me..what shoud i do??

Have you patched your system files to wear third party themes yet ???
You can use either universal theme patcher or uxstylecore to do this.
You can find them here http://virtualcustoms.net/forumdisplay.php/896-Theme-Patchers
Also depending on the theme you are installing you may need to add theme resource changer program also to get all of the theme to work
