Windows 7 Logoff customization?

At the risk of irritating some users...

I notice an abundance of software to change the bootsplash and logon of Windows 7...but nothing to change the Log -off- splash. I was wondering if anyone had any insight as far as a way to possibly change the logoff to something a little more...Fun?

when you change the logon screen image it should change the logoff to same thing

What I meant was more along the lines of the sequence itself...like a bootsplash. Without the Windows branding, without the dialouge, ect, ect...
