Sysinternals website was created in 1996 by Mark Russinovich and Bryce Cogswell to host their advanced system utilities and technical information. Microsoft acquired Sysinternals in July, 2006.

he Sysinternals Troubleshooting Utilities are available seperately and also as a single Suite of tools, the more popular among them being Process Explorer, AutoRuns, Process Monitor, PageDefrag, RootkitRevealer, etc. Sysinternals Live is a service that enables you to execute Sysinternals tools directly from the Web without hunting for and manually downloading them.

Whether you’re an IT Pro or a developer, you’ll find Sysinternals Utilities to help you manage, troubleshoot and diagnose your Windows systems and applications.

One problem is that you cannot update them automatically. You have to visit the website and download the new versions manually.

SysInternalsUpdater is an Graphical User Interface which allows you to update these utilities from SysInternals. The updater compares your existing program versions with the latest versions and download the latest version to your computer.
