Need help finding highlighted text address bar background

I can't find the words to describe my problem, only that when I highlight text, the "white part" overlaps the address bar background. Here is a picture that better describes it:

When the I select the address bar, this weird background overlaps the address one and is making the border grey. Is there anyway to edit this background? Thanks in advance!

Try increasing the content margins for top and bottom by 1 in Address, Breadcrumb & Search > Address > AddressBand > Basic > AddressBand > <1>
