Buttons, Boxes & Controls > Buttons > Button > CheckBox > mirrorimage:bool
in the aerotheme its unticked.

Try to tick it then you might find out yourself what it is for ;)

It tells the theme to mirror the image if you use a language pack or version of Windows that uses right to left text.
