Exporting themes from Windows 7 Style Builder

Hi guys, I have very important question for you. I created theme inside Windows 7 Style Builder and I saved it as "msstyles" file but what to do next? I can't use that file( when I double click on it, windows opens "Windows color and Appearance". Is there a way to use these files (msstyles files), or maybe to convert msstyles files to theme files ( Every theme when I downloaded theme from web, theme has .theme file and the folder whit the same name as the .theme file)
I would be really grateful if someone could tell me how to do this, because I spend lot of work in my theme and I want to be able to share it whit other people!Sorry for my bad English!!THANKS!!!!
