here u go bud this is what you are looking for :)

It's not a simple dll switch like it was in previous os's cause ms locked the boot screen in windows 7 but this is how you can change the boot screen for 7 here: http://virtualcustoms.net/showthread.php/30799-Windows-7-Boot-Updater

Ok Im having trouble I opened this program and just changed the text and color. I applied it and restarted everything worked fine, So i tried to intall the actuall bootskin i wanted I get this error when I hit the apply button. Error says....

THEIR WAS A PROBLEM UPDATING FILES,
FAILED TO DISABLE BOOTRES/WINLOAD SECURITY IN WINLOAD.EXE
THIS IS LIKELY DUE TO IT BEING A MODIFIED FILE OR RECENT WINDOWS
UPDATE CHANGED SOMTHING.

What does this mean any help would be greatly appreciated ! Thanks

Please note that there is now a more stable platform available Here (http://www.coderforlife.com/projects/win7boot/Win7BootUpdater.exe) Alpha 11

I have tested this fully, it gives less or no errors if use correctly
