We all are familiar with the minimize option available (button) in Windows explorer and other programs. There are some free utilities that even lets you minimize a running programs to the system notification area (system tray). But, did you ever try to minimize the taskbar?

Taskbar Collapser is a free utility that lets you minimize the taskbar with a click. Click on the Collapse Taskbar option in the program to move the system tray area (Aero peek button, date/time and other tray icons) to the extreme left the taskbar (near Start orb) and hide the all program icons in the taskbar.

To expand the taskbar again, simply click Expand Taskbar button. Try it!
