Portable Workspace, Explorer with Ribbon UI, new Disk Cleanup utility, and more. Recently leaked Windows 8 pictures indicate that the new OS allows you set a video file (.wmv) as user picture which appears in taskbar, start menu, and logon screen.

In this guide, we will show you how to easily set a video file as taskbar user picture tile in Windows 7:

# Download Taskbar UserTile program from here: http://virtualcustoms.net/virtualcustoms/viewtopic.php?f=154&t=8913 (http://virtualcustoms.net/viewtopic.php?f=154&t=8913)

# Extract the zip file contents to a folder.

# Next, edit Config.ini file and change the AvatarPath to the video file (.wmv) path that you want to set as Taskbar user picture tile. Please note that the video file must be in .WMV format.

# Run UserTile.exe file to set the selected video file as your taskbar user picture tile.

When you set a video file as taskbar user picture tile, it will not change the current user picture in Start menu and logon screen. Please note that the video user picture will not appear in Start menu and logon screen. You can view the new video user picture in taskbar only.
