Hi John. I don't know if your question has been answered yet but there is a great tutorial on just about every screen Windows 7 has and where to change it. Here is the link http://virtualcustoms.net/showthread.php/28810-Complete-Guide-to-Theme-Building. You really need to get Windows Style Builder to do these changes. It is fairly easy to follow with this tutorial. Have fun creating!

As this is the installation screens of Windows 7, WSB cannot change this. Wsb can only modify the aero.msstyles. Just thought I would let you know ;)

As for the OP, I am not sure where to edit this as I'm not into doing custom ISO's of windows 7. But you might want to ask razorsedge, he has in the past created various custom Windows 7 ISO's
