Locations, help please!

I need help for this locations, thanks!!!

1. When selected anything in explorer main text become white, but text in subheader (low raw) is still black. Can black text also be white when selected?

2. Whte area in run command.

3. White separator line.

Is it possible: black text to be white as Intel in this line, only when is selected.
#1 Explorer & Shell > Explorer > Items View > ItemsView > Subheader > Normal > Textcolor:Color only change color of first column.

The text colors are in
Fonts & System Metrics > Windowtext:Color
Explorer & Shell > Explorer > Items View > ItemsView > Subheader > Normal>Textcolor:Color
Explorer & Shell > Explorer > Items View > ItemsView>Textcolor:Color
The text color on the right can only be 1 color
