Look for w32Uiimg.dll in the dvd folder and in the boot.wim and install.wim. If I remember right, look in the system32 folder.

Yes.
w32Uiimg.dll file you must change in:
boot.wim \ 2 \ sources \
install.wim \ 5 \ Windows \ System32 \ oobe \
Iso \ sources \

And this bitmap must have 32bit alpha transparency channel
