The Firefox project (formerly Firebird, which was formerly Phoenix) is a redesign of Mozilla's browser component, written using the XUL user interface language and designed to be cross-platform.
Firefox is a small, fast and very easy to use browser that offers many advantages over other web browsers, such as the ability to block pop-up windows and the tabbed browsing.

Here are some key features of "Firefox":
· Comprehensive popup controls to keep unwanted advertising off your desktop;
· A tab browsing mode that lets you open several pages in a single window, allowing you to load links in the background without leaving the page you're on;
· Integrated search (powered by Google);
· Industry leading accessibility with Find As You Type - find links and page text by simply typing;
· Simplified privacy controls that let you cover your tracks more effectively;
· A streamlined browser window that lets you see more of the page than any other browser while at the same time being more configurable;
· A large variety of free downloadable extensions and themes that add specific functionality and visual changes to the browser.

firefox 4 doesnt suppoet idm and dap add-ons

firefox 5 supports these extensions ?

firefox 4 supported idm were u using the new version at the time of idm 6.05 build 14 as I use idm it's an important app to me and i had it with firefox 4

I have just installed firefox 5 and it also works with idm you need to have the new build of idm build 6.06 build 7 works with firefox 5

the dap addons I can't tell you because I don't use them

Thank you,
I installed the Aurora but the problem is that not all the add-ons work with it!
And I think that Aurora slightly faster than Firefox 5.0:Smile:

Thanks bud :happy:

in About:config add a new boolean using:

extensions.checkCompatibility.7.0a and set it to false. Your extensions should work then or you can just install extension Addon Compatibility reporter.

Hi serschik :)

U can do the fixes that GTK48 said should get you fixed up remember that 7 is still in the beta phazes right now. 6 is the newest one so far I have been using it for about 3 days now and I find it way better then 4 or 5 was I did test drive 7 on my labby for a bit that should be a great version much lighter on resources and very fast. 6 though is also much faster then 4 or 5 were plus I have not encountered any slow ups at all with it since install 4 and 5 did a lot of freezing but 6 seems to have solved those probs and runs much faster :)

Razor i don't think you uploaded Mozilla Firefox 8.0a2 Aurora, it says MP3 Quality Modifier 2.1.exe. Anyways thanks for the updates.

A side note don't download knightly version 64bit it has issues with watching youtube video or streaming, i think the flash player has some bugs they need to fix.

It's not a bug you need to update your flash player version 32 bit to flash player version 64 bit heres a flash player 64 bit and then your youtube will work!
