How to change these font colors

Hi. Ive been searching high and low for the marked locations. Can anyone help me ?

Funny. I filtered "textcolor" property with win7 style builder and changed every single entry which was of a black color to white. Still no change. Where does the text on windows tabs take its color info ? Also the startmenu "All programs" list is of black text color. I want that light grey.

For the picture I've taken:

There is some strange darkgrey fill around the text which should be transparent. Any advice ?
