Character Map - borders

Hello,

I have the following problem.

Installed great style "Lion Skin Pack. " Everything works OK, but there is little problem.

The Windows "character map", and Adobe InDesign palette "Glyphs" (and color tool in the toolbar) do not display the frame (screenshot below). I think they are white and therefore do not see them.
The long sought some help but found nothing. Is somewhere in the "Windows Style Builder" is a possibility to set the frame on a different color?

Have you try contacting the creator of the theme and asking him or her to fix it?

I think that the author did it on purpose. For screenshots Macintosh's "Character Palette" I see that there is no such frames:(

Anyone could help?
Author of the theme, writes to me about some options "text character border. " Unfortunately, nothing that I can not find. The author can not to me specify the exact position of this option (strange).
