Those text colours need to be edited in the shellstyle.dll for the theme, search for library and look for the foreground colours.

By library, you mean uifile or xtml? :idk:

In Shellstyle.dll's UIFile search for "LibraryPaneTopViewButton" then under it you'll see "atom(TopViewPrefix)". Change it's foreground.
