where do they go

hey i have a sound collection that i want to use but i was wonering where do i put that collection of sounds any help would be appreciated btw im running win 7 home premium x86please help me out id appreciate it

Not sure where you'd put new sounds, but I know the default ones are C:\Windows\Media, maybe you could put one or 2 in there and see if they show up? :sarcastic:

did you tell windows which sound to use for what? example: if you want to change your logon sound, did you go to your sounds > choose windows logon > browse for your new sound that you want to use and click apply?

and they hafto be .wav files i think im sure just incase that was your problem :smile:
