I discovered:

Start Menu > Panels > Aero > Top > OpenBox

CONTENTMARGINS:MARGINS 1000, -1000, -1000, -1000

But the search box disappears, that was not my idea, I think is not going to do what I was thinking, I just wanted to get transparency without affecting anything, but I think it will not work ...
