what color do u mean..and what resolution problem u have?

oh u mean the white color part at the bottom of ur screen right?
maybe its the theme itself..did u try different themes and check if its still there?

Explorer & Shell > Explorer > Control Panel > ControlPanel > LargeCommandArea
Explorer & Shell > Explorer > Control Panel > ControlPanel > SmallCommandArea

You can use an image there or a solid color, I use images for them, you will need to add the extra properties for that though as it uses a solid color by default.
