Icon size 64x64. Just double click the rar file to install then select the theme in the option menu in winrar

Why can't I download anything on this site? It says content protected by DMCA and all attachment links say something about contacting the administrator; I know what the Digital Millennium Copyright Act is, but has everyone on the site infringed or what? And then I see comments with thanks, etc which lead me to believe there is a way or at least there used to be. Can someone please explain?

Well I can download W10 themes just fine but this one here for example doesn't show me any download link either.

How many posts are needed for those then? I wasn't even aware there is such a limitation :confused:

some attachment cant be downloaded
this thread has been created 10 years ago and this external links not exist
or external sites where has been all of this original attachments uploaded they no longer exist
new member requaire 5 posts to allowing attachments
