Welcome to VC and you are in luck. Most of the Artist here use photoshop to create their artwork. Plus we have a very good tutorial section to get you started viewforum.php?f=277 (http://www.virtualcustoms.net/viewforum.php?f=277) with making themes and installing them. We also have a very good photoshop tutorial section that a lot of our member have helped create. If you have any question don't hesitate to ask
