Just extract the .xtreme file, then double click it, after that open your preference tab in winstep and look for it in the themes section :)

I don't use Winstep but the dock on the bottom of the screen cap is something that looks awsome! is there anyway to just get the dock?

I only ever used the dock (workshelf) in winstep, you can download the skin and rename the ,xtreme file to .zip and use winrar or 7zip to extract the content if you like :)

freak69ize (http://virtualcustoms.net/member.php/201075-freak69ize) those are the loose files which is no big deal. i just extracted them and zipped them then change the zip extension to xtreme, and it worked. the only issue i'm running into is using hud workshelf keeps crashing. nextstart and nexus seem to be fine. i'm thinking some update for winstep since gor created hud changed winstep just enough so some older themes don't work on it correctly, or i'm zipping it wrong.
