You will need to reset your passwords if you have already been registered to Virtual Customs. There is no way to get around this because vbulletin and phpbb do passwords different.

For some reason I could never get the password reset email even though I tried numerous times. Finally I gave up and just created another account.

Please PM the admin about your previous username and a proof that it was you account.
