that's called customizing :P well that desktop is awesome and i just need to find out that music player ... any help ??

the only thing,that i can see,this is a rainmeter music-gadget!write with the guy on youtube.

Wow, that desktop is filled up with way too much stuff.

Anyways, the media player is either WinAmp or iTunes as he mentions those in the description. My guess is WinAmp though, but it doesn't matter anyway. The music gadget/whatever he's using on the desktop, is definitely used via Rainmeter. And as Lefty said, write a message to the guy on Youtube, he'll tell you where to get it.
