Custom Theme Problems

Hello I need help, Im having a problem with custom themes on my windows 7 32 bit. all themes works fine after i Re-install My Windows 7 OS. i tried using the method of Universal theme patcher and Theme resource changer program. when i uninstall the theme resource changer my start orb change to normal windows 7 orb. No matter which custom themes i select it appears the same. Help is greatly appreciated.

Theme resource changer need to be installed for the theme to work properly. That is what controls the loading of images that are used with the theme

i install it again the Theme resource changer but nothing change. :unhappy:

I think that could be some registry setting issue

copy this text to notepad

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\DESKTOP\WindowMetrics]
"PaddedBorderWidth"="-60"(it's standard Windows 7 value)
Save it as .reg file and "run" it (merge in registry) then reboot Your computer
