MR.GRIM, plz respond!!!

Hey guys, i am kinda new to everything like photoshop cutomization and stuff and i want to become a little proffessional, so my first question is : how can i have and avatar like MR.GRIM? i mean all animated and stuff where MR.RIGHT is written instead of MR.GRIM in BLUE!

I just used Photoshop CS5, made all the images I wanted then did a frame at a time using the animation.
