2011 from 2:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time. This maintenance is
another step in the process to upgrade our network, and during this five-hour
window, some customers may experience a short period of up to 10 min where
network connectivity might be unavailable.

Our Network Operations team will perform a planned Network Maintenance on
Wednesday October 12 from 12:00 a.m. (midnight) Mountain Standard Time (MST) to
7:00 a.m. MST. This maintenance is another step in our efforts to keep improving
the performance, reliability, and security of our network. Our Network Team will
be adding a new core router to enhance the connectivity you receive.

To properly perform this maintenance, we will be moving clients to the new
device during the seven-hour window. As such, short periods of intermittent
connectivity will occur. To mitigate the duration of any disruptions, we will
only move a small number of clients at a time. We apologize for any
inconveniences this may cause, and if you have further questions please feel
free to contact our NOC staff.
