ok wot i want to do is make a theme editor in vb 2010 useing the shell or explorer dlls but cant figure out how to make a program that will edit this like there is a lot out there like the logon screen changer program where you put in a picture and it sets it as your desktop background thats wot i want to do for icons and stuff like that can some one plz help me
