to install this aimp3 skin you copy and paste it to C:\Program Files (x86)\Aimp3\Skins. To apply the skin select skins from your menu, then find Red Hud and hit apply.

To install the Icons that come with Red Hud have a look at this tutorial. If should answer most of your questions :)

you can recolor it in the options menu , got to skins and choose your color from the slider.
