Ok guys, i really need help here, i've been navigating through the entire folders/subfolders of a theme several times here, i believe it took me over 7 hours minus some smoking break...

I bought Teek a few days ago but i'm also trying to build my own theme, but i'm struggling with at least those 2 issues pointed on this screenshot:

1. I once figured how to change that color that is affecting the media player classic controls but i didn't save and of course, can't remember where it was.

2. That border around the start menu (all programs) that wants to stay white, i just can't figure out where to change it :(

edit: oh yeah, obviously it's using win7 style builder :)

Yes, and it has to be wrong somehow because there's no defined colors there, i tried to add one, but it didn't change a thing, i've even opened Teek, which has that color changed, and there's no color defined in the location described by that tutorial.

Hi mate, thanks for buying Teek modern your money has gone towards helping the site:Smile:

It was well worth it :)

1. the issue with the media player is that some media players dont get assigned images from the msstyle, so you will have to go into the exe of the player and open it with a resource changer like restorator 2007 'not unless those parts are skinned in other themes you've applied? then its in the msstyle.

Well, that's weird, because when i apply Teek, there isn't any issue with MPC buttons, and i even once managed to do it in my own theme but unfortunatelly didn't save the change...

2. the image your looking for is NCH host, its in the start menu area the same place where you change the other parts of the start menu.

Hope this helps

Okay, thanks, that did it :)

I've never used that mcp media player so cant determine exactly but must be possible if its done in Teek,
Try here - Buttons, Boxes & Controls > Boxes > Edit > Basic > Background

Sadly that's not it, Teek isn't modifying any color there either.

well am not sure what I did in Teek to change that part as I've never used the mcp app, try go to you colour & system metrics and change all the white colours to a colour that will stand out so you can determine if its one of those

Lol, i've fixed it, again... but it wasn't on purpose, now i have to find what was the culprid change amongst the 10 thousand i've made haha :)
