I installed the blade theme but decided that I didn't want it anymore.
So I deleted the theme from personalize but the log on screen is till from the blade theme.
How do I delete it?

Your log-in image is found in imageres.dll, if you have already tried that route you can check here C:\Windows\System32\oobe\info\Backgrounds. Delete the Backgrounds folder.
