1.download and install application - Theme Resource Changer
you use 32 bit windows,install x32 bit version,for 64 bit,pls install x64 bit
2.go to windows themes directory - location is c/windows/resources/themes
3.create new folder and rename this new folder to Shell32.dll
4.copy/paste here your PNG - (Portable Network Graphics file)
5.rename this your original image to number 633

With using this very nice and easy application you can add
and modify more the system folders/files,cursors,icons
sound schemes,fonts,explorerframe.dll,imageres.dll,shell32.dll files
without unnecessary backups and without replacing the system files
