Mr Grim's Themes!!!

Hello, I'm currently using Mr Grim's Midnight Glass Black and Grey Theme, and I would really like it if possible to have the embedded folder and start menu pictures from Mr Grim's Grim Reaper theme to be included with this?? Would it be hard to do??
