How am i gonna install individual icons using 7stp like Firefox icon or windows media player icon.

There are many simple ways to change one or two icons
This application would be used for complete packages rather than to change one icon:Smile:
mostly changing fully Windows appearance - about 80 icons
some files - actioncenter.dll,actioncentercpl.dll,explorer.exe,imageres.dll,fontext.dll and many many other
but you can replace only one icon with using this application
download and install application Restorator2007
open this application and search mozilla firefox file
c/windows/program files/mozilla firefox/firefox.exe
open this file firefox.exe
now click to commant icon and replace number 1 and number 32512
use format PNG,Ico or Bmp
save this file as firefox.exe.res
.res - is restorator file
now zip this file,use application 7zip
now - install application 7tsp
Se7en Theme Source Patcher and add this 7zip file
and run start patching
that is all
this application create automatic system restore/backup:girl:

3rd party program icons don't get changed with icon packs they have to be done separately. (Anything not include in the Operating System originally)
Moonique method is using a resources program to change the image in the .exe, .dll method which works fine also. But for us lazy people here is another way of doing it

Start Menu method > The easy way to change those is right click the icon select properties. Next open shortcut tab and you should see a setting there for changing the icon.


Change from Taskbar > To change an icon that is opened on the taskbar -right click the icon. In the context menu that you just opened right click the programs name or icons name and select properties. On the shortcut tab you should have a setting for changing icon.

Note> If you have the icon pinned to either the startmenu or taskbar you need to unpin it before you do the change or they won't change, You can repin it afterwards.

I know very many ways to change them, but i use only this one application for all
this is my favorite program, especially when creating a command to the application
it is very practical and versatile application for me
