SORRY i newbe why in startup i get this massage "failed to update bitmap 6801:24"

6801 is a start orb image, how exactly are you getting that error?, are you installing a theme or editing the Explorer.exe?

Ok does the rest of the theme install ok? if you want to upload your explorer.exe ican add the images for you if you like.

Also you might want to disable any antivirus you have running, that might be stopping that explorer.exe from being modified.
